Alessa Industries has opened a new Service Center in south Jeddah. The opening ceremony was held in the presence of our authorized dealer ‘Building Innovations Est.’ members along with representatives from Hitachi’s Middle East office, Mr. Hidenori Zain, Hisashi Fujikura, Akito Kashiwagi and Hiroshi Kanu. Alessa employees such as Ratesh Kumar, Bandar Al Ghamdi, Mohammed Ali Alessa, Ibrahim Ramadan, Faisal Al-Saiari, Abdullah Bawazir and Khalid Al Fawaz were also present.
This new branch will be managed by Building Innovations under the direct supervision of Service Dept. of Alessa. It is worth mentioning that this new branch has been opened as part of the expansion strategy adopted by senior management earlier in the service sector. The new service branch is the 16th service center of Alessa in the Kingdom and joins company’s other maintenance network branches located in Riyadh, Dammam, Hofuf, Mecca, Jeddah, Khamis Mushait, Arar, Hafar Al-Batin, Jazan, Al Baha, Tabuk, Buraidah, Quwaiyah Kharj and Madina Munawara. This new establishment aims to provide after-sales services on a wider geographical area and to offer better support for the company's customers.
