The Chamber of Commerce honored Alessa Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Company (ARAC) by awarding a Shield of Excellence for the efforts made in Saudization of private sector jobs and realizes the Kingdom’s 2030 Vision program. The award was presented in the presence of the Head of the Career Guidance Department at the Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Mohammed bin Fahd Al-Abdul Rahman.
The HR Department of Alessa, represented by the Recruitment Section received the honorary shield. The ceremony was organized by Chamber of Commerce to honor the organizations that responded by Saudization of their workforce as well as increasing job opportunities for the youth. The company has thanked the Chamber of Commerce’s initiatives, the facilities it provides and its ambitious programs through which it seeks to increase the percentage of Saudization and hence fulfill the Kingdom's vision 2030, and increasing the participation rate of both male and female Saudi nationals in the labor market.
